All orders placed are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday), unless otherwise noted.  We do not make delivery date guarantees - only estimates.  Products may be shipped from our different warehouse locations.  Therefore, when ordering multiple items, products may arrive separately.

All shipping quotations are for the continental U.S..  We ship certain products to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  Please call for availability.


For orders made from within New York, sales tax is added for all taxable items.  Sales tax will not be charged for items ordered outside New York State.


You may cancel your order within 2 business days from the date and time order was placed (if item(s) have not shipped) to receive a full refund.  Cancellations made after 2 business days will incur a 15% cancellation fee based on order total.  Should you desire to cancel an item which has not been shipped, please send an email with your name and order number to us.  Exceptions to this policy include cancellation request related to unexpected shipping delays.  If an order does not ship within the originally specified time frame, no cancellation fee with occur.  You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. 


All in-stock items are shipped within the specified time frame. Out of stock items are placed on back order and the  customer will be notified via email which items are back ordered and when they are expected to ship.  All back ordered items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available via the standard shipping method.  Buyer has the option to cancel the order at the time of notification of back order at no additional fee.
